Data storage

Timeabill stores clients, projects, time entries, claims, settings, and active timer state for its core features. When iCloud is available, saved workspace data and receipt attachments are stored in your private iCloud database to sync across your devices.

Permissions

Location is used only while you actively track a trip. Calendar access is used only when you ask for calendar suggestions. Camera and photo access are used to attach receipts and work evidence to claims.

Data use

Timeabill does not use advertising identifiers, third-party analytics, or cross-app tracking. It does not sell your personal information.

Retention

Deleted time entries and claims are retained for up to 30 days to support recovery, then permanently removed during app maintenance. Receipt attachments are removed with their claim.
